投稿摘要: 愛滋病堪稱二十一世紀黑死病,目前尚無疫苗或痊癒治療方式,卻可藉著正確方式有效預防,近年全球愛滋病感染者發生率漸趨緩,但台灣卻反趨勢上升,相關原因更值得探討研究。 本研究在探討大專校院學生對愛滋病防治之知識與態度的現況,以南區某私立大專校院學生為受測樣本,問卷調查共收回有效問卷數775份,探討該校學生對愛滋病知識與態度,以資料分析、T檢定分析、單因子變異數分析、相關係數分析等方法進行統計分析。 結果顯示,整體學生平均認知良好,態度正向,女生在愛滋病防治態度顯著較男生更能接受,進修部學生知識顯著優於日間部,不同學院和不同年級的學生在愛滋防治認知和態度上沒有顯著差異。而相關分析結果發現Pearson's r值為.353,證實學生的認知與態度呈現中度正相關,顯示學生的愛滋病防治認知與態度是會正向相互影響的。 在認知部分,進修部在流行現況、定義兩大構面中,顯著比日間部更正確了解;學院別中的流行現況構面的了解程度也具顯著差異,工學院與商管學院顯著高於數位設計學院。在態度部份,治療與防治、羞恥罪惡感、教育政策與人權、保險套使用四大構面中,女生態度顯著較男生更能接受;進修部學生在治療與防治、危機意識、保險套使用三大構面中,態度也顯著較日間部更肯定。 本研究發現,日間部、男生、數位設計學院學生,在愛滋病防治知識與態度上明顯不足,研究結論與建議將提供大學生未來愛滋病防治相關衛生教育之參考。 AIDS is regarded as a black plague in the 21st century. There is currently no vaccine or cure, but it can be effectively prevented through correct methods. In recent years, the incidence of AIDS infection in the world has gradually slowed down, but Taiwan’s counter-trend has increased. It is worth exploring research. This study explored the current status of knowledge and attitudes of AIDS prevention among students of colleges and universities. Students from a private college campus in Southern Taiwan was selected as a sample. A total of 775 valid questionnaires were retrieved in the questionnaire survey to explore the students’ knowledge about AIDS. Attitude, using statistical analysis, T test analysis, single factor analysis of variance, correlation coefficient analysis and other methods for statistical analysis. The results showed that all students had good cognition and positive attitudes. The attitude of girls in AIDS prevention was significantly more positive than that of boys. The knowledge of students in the department of continuing education was significantly better than that of the daytime department. There was no significant difference in cognition and attitude of AIDS prevention among students in different colleges and different grades. The correlation analysis found that Pearson's r value was .353, confirming that students’ cognition and attitudes showed a moderate positive correlation, indicating that students’ knowledge and attitudes towards AIDS prevention would positively influence each other. In the cognition, the department of continuing education is more accurately understood than the daytime department in the two major aspects of prevailing status and definition. The prevailing status face among the colleges also has significant differences. The college of engineering and business are significantly higher than the digital design college. In the four major aspects of attitudes, treatment and prevention, shame guilt, education policy and human rights, and condom use, women's attitudes are significantly more positive than boys'. Students in the department of continuing education are significantly more positive attitude than that of the daytime department in treatment and prevention, crisis awareness, and condom use. The conclusions and recommendations of this study will provide a reference for future health education related to AIDS prevention and treatment among college students.
